For the past three months, I’ve treaded through muddy snow that kindly re-piles up to my knees every morning, and my current relationship with puffy jackets and earmuffs is clearly turning out to be asymmetrical.
But the show – or should I say, snow – must go on. The past week showed signs of early spring with the sun setting at 7 PM and lighter weather, but alas, another snowstorm and rain befell on our campus today. The cold doesn’t seem to budge here, does it? Today marks the official start of spring, but it seems mighty sure that winter will still be the king of the block for long.
Who’s to stop a girl from daydreaming about studying in the front-lawn again (clearly, I’m more excited about the lawn than about the studying part) and breezy walks around the neighborhood?
For quite a while now, I’ve been able to successfully dodge my philosophy readings, and have instead been collecting photos around the Web and creating small collages. I’m really looking forward to taking my own photos, but my camera’s not properly functioning at the moment and I have to take a look into the matter this weekend.
